 I use a practice management system called ‘Jane App’. It has a client portal in which you can access information about your next appointment, billing records and make payments. If I send any documents to you, you can also access them here. 

You will initially be sent a welcome email prompting you to log in to your account.

You will also receive an intake form to complete ahead of our first session. It is important to note that I am the only person who has access to this, so please share as much detail as you are comfortable with.

Once your first appointment is booked, you will be sent a booking confirmation and reminders. If you are meeting me online, there will be an embedded link to the session in the email (Begin your Online Appointment). You can also access the session via your client portal if you can’t find the email. 

You will also receive a link to settle payment 48 hours ahead of the first appointment. After the initial session you will receive a payment link after any further appointments.
